A Case Report of Tuberculous Ulcer of the Stomach with Perigastric Lymphadenitis

Abstract

|
Gastric tuberculosis is uncommon disease. The patient was 24-Year-old female with complaints of indigestion for long time and eDigastric pain for 2 months. An adult-fist sized mass was palpable on the right hypochondria) region medially. Hypotonic gastro-,duodenography showed filling defect in the greater curvature of the anturm. There was an ulcer at the top of the filling defect. Duodenal C-loop was not widened, but medial border of the descending portion was flattened. Under the impression of pancreatic head ,cancer, operation was done and the final diagnosis _was tuberculous gastric ulcer with perigastric tuberculous lymphadenitis.
